Which marketplaces can I export to?

Data Enricher supports export to Amazon (flat file format), Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Etsy, PrestaShop, and Google Shopping. Each export uses the platform's native format with correct column names, character limits, and category structures. You can also export a universal CSV for other platforms.

How does multi-language translation work?

The enricher supports 8 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Polish. Content is first generated in your primary language, then AI-translated into your additional languages whilst preserving brand voice, SEO keywords, and marketplace formatting. Each language is exported separately or as a multi-language ZIP file.

What does the AI vision analysis do?

Our AI vision pipeline uses Google Gemini to analyse your product images. It identifies materials, colours, dimensions, design details, use cases, and target audience from the photo alone. This visual intelligence is then combined with your raw data to produce richer, more accurate product listings than text-only AI tools can achieve.

How is pricing structured?

Data Enricher uses simple pay-per-use credits. You get 10 free credits when you sign up (no credit card required). Enriching one product costs 1 credit, translating costs 0.5 credits per language, and video generation costs 5 credits. Exports are always free. Buy more credits anytime with volume discounts for larger orders.

Can I customise the AI writing style?

Yes. During onboarding, the AI analyses your website to learn your brand voice, tone, and target audience. You can then create custom personas with specific writing styles, formality levels, banned words, required phrases, and special instructions. Every product listing reflects your unique brand identity, not generic AI output.

How do I import my products?

Two ways: upload a CSV or Excel file with your product data, or enter your website URL and let our crawler automatically discover and import your products. The crawler handles WooCommerce, Shopify, and any site with a product sitemap. CSV import supports comma, semicolon, tab, and pipe delimiters with auto-detection.

Is my data secure and GDPR-compliant?

Absolutely. Aïves Consulting is a European (Belgian) company. Your product data is stored on EU-hosted PostgreSQL databases with row-level tenant isolation. We are fully GDPR-compliant, process only B2B product data (not personal data), and never share your content with third parties. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.
